This water system uniformly cools the coffee within the grinding chamber, thereby ensuring accurate grinding and heat dissipation from the grinding burrs, even under heavy loads.

As an added benefit, the GPX.WCI is an eco-friendly equipment choice. It recycles its own cooling water, thereby saving water and simplifying installation.
