With the recent launch of Diamant, Crem International and Expobar have taken an important step into the highly competitive premium espresso-machine market.
The Diamant is an exclusive espresso machine fully fitted with technological innovations and high-tech features. It is designed to attract attention, both for its beautiful design and for its genuine quality. The Diamant is available in standard design but with many choices of equipment and colors. The machine is equipped with separate tanks for each brewing group, digital display for brewing time, PID temperature control, digital pre-infusion sequence control and Teflon steam-wands with temperature sensor are just a few of the cutting-edge features of the Diamant. So when the machine was first presented the name was obvious: it is a diamond.
It has a design which gets the attention of guests and technical solutions which will be applauded by all baristas.
"Yes, we have succeeded in this seemingly impossible combination," according to Georg Möller, c.e.o. of Crem International. "Diamant is the gem in our range of coffee machines and fills demands of cafés and restaurants on the world market."
Crem International was formed during 2008 through the merger of Spanish company Crem and Sweden’s Coffee Queen. The company has two brand names- Expobar for espresso machines and Coffee Queen for the remaining types of coffee machines. Diamant is the largest jointly launched prestigious project to date.
"Whilst developing Diamant no expenses have been spared," said Rafaél Olasó Castelló, who is responsible for developing the project. "Thanks to the fact that we are a strong conglomerate we are able to develop products in times where many are forced to put their projects on hold."
"The machine is built in our Spanish factory although participators from other countries have been involved in the process," added Georg Möller. "We have utilized the Spanish knowledge of building espresso machines and added experience from our other fields of expertise, as it should be in a conglomerate with a shared ‘passion for coffee’."
