The new free brochure, BUNN Tea Basics, combines the expertise of BUNN with extensive information available from the Tea Association of USA to create an easy-to-use guide to steeping and serving one of the world’s favorite beverages: tea.
Using simple explanations and colorful illustrations, the brochure explains the following topics: How to select tea - including an explanation of the types and grades of tea; The elements and art of tea steeping - water, temperature, time, tea, and sanitation and instructions on how to steep both hot and iced tea; The role of water quality - with particular emphasis on iced tea, and the importance of sanitation and Equipment options - for steeping and serving hot and iced tea.
BUNN Tea Basics is available on the BUNN website and on the website of the Tea Association of the USA.
