Schaerer Ltd. is launching the Coffee Vito, a further development in the line of successful Schaerer coffee factory products. Like its predecessor, the Schaerer Coffee Vito is available in two different versions, using fresh milk or powdered milk. The new design features an attractive control panel, larger bean containers and Aquaflex, an added function making it simple to switch between the water tank and a mains water connection.

In developing the Schaerer Coffee Vito, the focus was on fulfilling the needs of clients who put quality before quantity and for whom ease of operation and low maintenance are important, such as small cafés and restaurants, offices and vending stations.

The result is an easy-care, flexible, fully automatic coffee machine just 33 centimetres wide that offers up to 15 different beverages plus all the advantages you would expect from a larger, high-capacity coffee machine. Special attention was given to optimizing the interface between machine and user: a well-proportioned, individually programable touch screen provides clear prompts so your beverage turns out just the way you want it at the press of a button. The large coffee bean containers, each with a capacity of 1.1 kg, mean you need to refill less often, making operation less dependent on personnel. Schaerer Coffee Vito is also available with Aquaflex, a switch that lets you alternate between the water tank and a mains water connection, so the Coffee Vito is ready to go to work in every situation.

The Schaerer Coffee Vito is available in a version using powdered milk as well as in the classical fresh milk version. The powdered milk version is particularly suited for use in the vending sector and other self-service situations: it is easy and fast to refill and clean and only occasionally needs to be checked to ensure ingredients are still fresh. The fresh milk version is equipped with the proven technology of the Schaerer milk universe and offers milk foam of the finest consistency and quality beverages of the highest gastronomic standard. Cold, fresh milk may be supplied by Cup & Cool (combined milk fridge and cup warmer), My Fridge (milk cooler) or Under Counter Milk (the space-saving under-counter milk cooling solution).

Both versions can be combined with Choco or Twin Choco, the fully automatic systems for one or two kinds of chocolate powder, allowing an even bigger choice of beverages. Choco/Topping, a combined system for chocolate and milk powder, is also available as an option.

As with all its coffee machines, the core technical components of the Schaerer Coffee Vito are proprietary developments which are all tried and tested and carefully designed to complement one another and offer decisive advantages. The brewing unit is made of plastic instead of metal and is absolutely taste- and odor-free. The capacity of the boilers and grinders is calculated so that water and coffee beans are always fresh. State-of-the-art software and hardware complete the robust technology that is a distinguishing feature of the Coffee Vito.
