Recently Neuhaus Neotec, German manufacturer of roasting technology, opened its new office in Atlanta, Georgia.
With the opening, Neuhaus Neotec will extend its activities in the US and provide a direct after-sales service to all its customers nationwide. The company offers this in addition to its well known established service from Germany. From now on customers will be served during common US office hours as well. They will be available for calls and visits from 8am to 4pm EST.

The office is approximately 1,900sqf and is adjoining the already existing and established Amandus Kahl USA Corp. building. This new building includes three offices, a modern conference room and a warehouse of approximately 1,000sqf.
Special requests will be forwarded immediately to the specialized engineers in Germany and followed up by them. Neuhaus Neotec customers will have the option to order spare and wear parts directly via the new office and get regular updates on the process if needed. The warehouse also has enough space to stock large or bulky spare parts.
By customers’ request, a list of items can be stocked in Atlanta at all times, which means operational availability with minimum delivery time.
Waiting time for newly produced items will be reduced significantly by stocking the items in advance. This new service offers the highest flexibility and fastest shipping time as customs interference will not be part of the business any longer.
