Vayhan Coffee Ltd Indian manufacturing plant ranks among the world's leading automatic instant coffee manufacturing facility for.
"The Vayh an Coffee manufacturing process is based on the convergence of the best technologies in the world for instant and agglomerated coffee," according to D. Rama Raju, Vayhan Coffee managing director. "The criticality of operations to deliver quality product is well taken care of in the selection, execution and operation of the plant. This project is a result of cumulative experiences in this field from world over and run by a team of highly experienced and trained professionals to deliver products to suit customer needs and taste profile," Raju added.
"The plant has been designed incorporating the latest technology of instant coffee process especially roasting, extraction and aroma recovery technologies to achieve and retain most of the taste and aroma of roast & ground coffee," said H. N. Tarafdar, technical director. "Apart from achieving quality product, the plant has been designed to carry out operations and ensure food safety in hygienic conditions."
The plant's total capacity is 3600 tonn of spray and agglomerated (Granulated) coffee.
"India exports around 25,000 tons of instant coffee per annum, and Vayhan Coffee aims to be the one of the largest instant coffee exporter from India," said T. Balakrishna, director (sales & marketing).
The company has already tied-up with some reputed European companies to supply spray and agglomerated coffee and it is in discussions with leading brand owners in Russia, which is one of the largest coffee consuming countries in the world. The company is also looking at other potential markets such as South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa and is ready to supply quality product to customer's satisfaction.
