COTECA 2012 Hamburg Links up with
Tea & Coffee Asia and October Multimedia
September 9, 2011 (Hamburg/Bangkok) - Finally, for the tea and coffee manufacturing and trading industries there's a real choice in exhibitions. COTECA 2012, the premier international trade show for the tea, coffee and cocoa industries re-launches and will be held September 20-22, 2012, in Hamburg, Germany.
Organized by Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) and co-sponsored by October Multimedia Co. Ltd. (OMM), publishers of Tea & Coffee Asia, COTECA is the most comprehensive industry exhibition for the tea and coffee manufacturing and service industry.
This cooperative effort by HMC and OMM provides the ideal platform in the ideal location for the tea and coffee industries to get on with the business of doing business."Our groups have the funds and professional oversight and experience to ensure COTECA will be a first-class, quality event, serving the best interests of the industry" said Glenn Anthony John, director, October Multimedia Co. The new COTECA will have a greatly expanded international scope of exhibitors and visitors through its collaboration with OMM and its publications. The trade event will have the expanded educational programs, demonstrations and training experiences demanded by its discriminating international visitors who have a thirst for knowledge - as well as for tea and coffee.

Hamburg Messe, owners and operator of Hamburg's modern, first-class exhibition hall are well known professional organizers of exhibitions. Also, HMC is no stranger to the coffee and tea business, having organized the premier COTECA on its own in 2010.
"We searched for the right group to work with on a quality, first-class event," said John, "and the people at Hamburg Messe exceeded our expectations, with the added bonus that the show will now be in Hamburg itself."
It would be hard to find a more appropriate location for a tea and coffee industry event than Hamburg, Germany. Long recognized as one of the centers (if not the center) for the European tea and coffee trade, Hamburg is also one of Germany's most desirable cities to visit. The list of companies with headquarters or offices in Hamburg reads like a "Who's Who" of the tea and coffee businesses.
COTECA 2012 in Hamburg will be organized by HMC, with sales largely by OMM and the global sales staff of Tea & Coffee Asia. Already, plans are underway for COTECA 2013 in Asia to be organized by OMM.
OMM's personnel and its commitment to serving the tea and coffee industries are well known through its magazine Tea & Coffee Asia. Soon, OMM will announce the launch of its new global bi-monthly magazine for the industries which will incorporate Tea & Coffee Asia.
Visitors to COTECA include coffee roasters, tea packers, food and beverage managers and buyers, traders, importers, and processors. Exhibitors include suppliers of equipment, machinery, supplies, services, raw products and anything carried in a tea/coffee shop.
Current supporting organizations include the German business association of all three industries, including: Deutscher Kaffeeverband, Deutscher Teeverband, and the German Cocoa Trade Association.
